Welcome to AlpineSim.com. By using our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. WHO WE ARE
AlpineSim provides prepaid eSIM data plans for travelers. All eSIMs are delivered digitally after purchase.
2. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
It is your responsibility to ensure your device:

Supports eSIM technology

Is unlocked (not locked to a specific carrier)

Is compatible with mobile networks in the destination country
We do not offer refunds for eSIMs purchased for incompatible or locked devices. A list of supported devices is available on our website.
3. DELIVERY
Your eSIM will be delivered via email or download link after payment is confirmed.
In most cases, delivery is instant. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 minutes.
Once we send the QR code or manual activation details, the product is considered delivered.
4. REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

The eSIM cannot be activated due to a confirmed technical issue on our side

You received a different product than what was ordered
We do not issue refunds for:

Incompatible or locked phones

User errors during installation

Partial usage

Change of mind or accidental purchase
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at support@alpinesim.com within 7 days of purchase.
5. USING YOUR eSIM
Each eSIM includes a specific data plan and validity period, shown clearly on the product page.
Network speed and coverage depend on the local mobile provider. We are not responsible for performance issues caused by location, signal strength, or third-party network problems.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing from AlpineSim, you agree:

To use our services legally

Not to resell eSIMs without permission

Not to abuse, manipulate, or attempt to hack our service
We reserve the right to block access or deny service if abuse is detected.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM.
8. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will submit proof of delivery and may report abuse to the payment provider.
We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to block future purchases from offending accounts.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms may change at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the latest version.
