How to Activate Your AlpineSIM eSIM in 2 Minutes
Getting your AlpineSIM eSIM up and running is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to get connected anywhere in the world in just 2 minutes.
Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi
Before you start, ensure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
You need an internet connection to download the eSIM profile.
Step 2: Open Your AlpineSIM Email

Check your inbox for the order confirmation email.

Inside, you’ll find:

Step 3: Add the eSIM to Your Phone
For iPhone:

Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM

Scan the QR Code from your email
For Android (Samsung / Pixel):

Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Card Manager → Add Mobile Plan

Scan the QR Code from your email
Step 4: Enable Data Roaming

Once the eSIM is installed, go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data

Turn on Data Roaming for the AlpineSIM line
This uses AlpineSIM’s network only, not your home carrier.
